But how is this going to happen in 2006 as the sign says?No Application for Development Yet Submitted.Where are the plans? How can a shopping center be "Coming 2006" and "work could begin as soon as next spring" when the Planning Department knows nothing about it and has not received any applications for development?What about Highway 26?How does this allow time to "widen and straighten 3,000 feet of Highway 26 at Hogan Dam Road"?What about CalTrans?Has CalTrans agreed to this and if so, when is it scheduled to happen? Are left turn lanes on Highway 26 going to be built?Public Comment?How can the community be sure that this is what is wanted for the "Community Shopping Center" architecturally and in content?
